1992 – 2022. The history of Greenland, the most famous fictional country in France, celebrates its 30th birthday this year. To celebrate, the Pink City will also be in tune, as a parade is planned in Toulouse this Saturday, September 24.
30 years worthy celebrated
To celebrate, the Figrot, that is, the Toulouse Groland International Film Festival, meets at 5:00 p.m. at the crossroads of the Alsace-Lorraine street and of the Lapeyrouse Street. For two hours, the parade will cross the Pink City, passing through the rue de metz, the New bridge, and finally an arrival at Gro’Village Viguerie. The parade will be followed by “Gro Anniversary Speeches.” And great entertainment is planned during the trip, “in the presence of many Groland members”!

This anniversary is celebrated on the sidelines of a new edition of Figrot, the 11th, which animates Toulouse from Monday, September 19, 2022. Throughout the week, Therefore, Port Viguerie passes into the hands of Gro Village., where it is possible to have a drink, eat, attend concerts, receive guests or see shows and, of course, movies. The space is still open this weekend of September 24 and 25, 2022, respectively from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and from 11:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The ABC, the American Cosmompograph, the Cinémathèque de Toulouse and the Théâtre Garonne are, among others, part of mobilized projection rooms for the event, such as the Impro, the Ostal d’Occitania or the Théâtre du Grand Rond. Take a look at the full list here.
