In order to access Bollaert-Delelis smoothly and directly, the box office, which thanks everyone in advance for their greater understanding, is forced to set up an exceptional card exchange system in a suitable place. Friday, September 30 (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.), Saturday 1Ahem October (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and on Sunday, October 2 (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), the Arena de Liévin indoor stadium will thus become a place for mass distribution of the precious sesame seeds, which will be pre-printed. In order to proceed with the rapid withdrawal of the new card, the subscriber must imperatively return the current one with faults. In order to optimize travel, it will be possible to entrust your card to a person, who will be able to obtain a multiple change without presenting an identity document, taking the card as proof. Please note for those not planning to attend RCL-OL that an exchange will still be possible on Wednesday 5 October (10am-6pm) at the Bollaert-Delelis ticket offices or during regular ticket office opening hours. Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.).
This replacement affects absolutely all business cards. If your subscription is in the name of your company, your works council or your “Club en Nord”, contact the referent within your organization, who will receive detailed information by email about the change procedure.
Finally, holders of a dematerialized pass (e-ticket) or thermal pass (checkbook) are not affected by this approach.
