Christophe Galtier discovered a new world by joining PSG this summer. The former Nice coach is not entirely satisfied with the effectiveness of his squad.
At the beginning of the season, everything is going quite well sportingly for the psg. The French champions are, in fact, leaders in Ligue 1 and at the top of their Champions League group. If Christophe Galtier has to manage the egos of some of his stars, he can congratulate himself on the results. However, the most difficult remains to be done, because PSG will have to be ready for the bloody C1 matches, that is, in February 2023. In the meantime, the Parisians will have to continue to improve. And one of the areas of progress to work on is efficiency.

During an interview given to PSG-TV, Christophe Galtier had time to remember his debut in Paris. The French coach is generally satisfied with the behavior of his men. However, efficiency is not always in good shape: βWe are always trying to create situations in training, find fault with opponents, reinforce our strengths, insist on technical relationships and connections between us. We try to limit the mistakes that we could have made at the beginning of the season so that the rival has less chance to believe that it is possible. I insist a lot on the way we should attack, the way to be more killers, because we created many situations for few goals in the last games”. After a rocky start in Ligue 1, with notably 17 goals scored in just three games played, PSG’s momentum has reversed somewhat. The Ile-de-France attackers are finding it increasingly difficult to make a difference. PSG’s last two matchdays in Ligue 1 have ended in victories with only one goal scored. The attitude considered too easy by the stars of the Ile-de-France region is therefore not the one most appreciated by Christophe Galtier.
