Between 2020 and 2022, only 10 million euros of the 220 have been redistributed.
On the other hand, when it is not a “Profit 1”, the money goes directly to the coffers of the public treasury. The Pacte law, which came into force at the end of 2019, provides that all unclaimed profits return directly to the state coffers. A law that has allowed the state to recover around 200 million euros in 2 years, thanks to the heads in the air.
